Our Pledge to be Honest: The simplest way to look at honesty would be to say that we pledge to not lie. However, we recognize honesty as so much more. We will tell you the truth. As we diagnose and assess situations we pledge to tell you exactly what is happening and not keep back any information. As we look to fix any problems we will be upfront in all implications. We will let you know all the features, benefits and drawbacks of any system that you would purchase from us.

Our Pledge to Integrity: We will demonstrate our integrity through being truthful and being dependable. We know that to stand the test of time and to come against any storms that may blow, you need integrity. We never pass the buck, when you need solutions and answers, we are here to help.

Our Pledge to Customer Service: We are here to serve our customers. Not only do we want to serve the Inland Empire and all of their HVAC needs, we genuinely care about our customers and look to find solutions that will meet all of their needs.

One of the many ways that we want to serve you is by ensuring that our technicians are certified by NATE, (the North American Technician Excellence) which is a non profit organization which is dedicated to certifying HVAC technicians so that they are highly efficient in their field of expertise. To be NATE certified our technicians need to pass a series of tests that have been created by a committee of industry experts.

We know that when you call Inland Valley Heating and Air Conditioning that you are trusting us with your home and your HVAC needs. We are committed to being worthy of that trust. So we are willing to put in the hours and work to study and pass these tests so that you can have complete assurance that you are working with professionals that care about your well being. And these tests are not easy! Many technicians nationwide do not pass the test their first time. But we know that the work put into being certified means that we are able to offer you the top level of knowledge, experience and expertise.
